A season for Love

Most of us during Christmas are caught up with the festivity that we ourselves forget that it is not about us but  the Saviour who was born. Jesus was born in this world for a cause and it was to accomplish that cause that He came into this world. Jesus was born for a cause and the cause is to the destroy the works of the devil. Indeed he overcame the devil and He conquered death and the grave and he reigns victoriously. But many of us are still in the works of the devil. We are so much caught up the festivity that we are not able to understand the meaning of Christmas at all. Christmas is a celebration of not the birth but the cause of His birth. The cause of His birth is mentioned in 1 Peter very clearly. 1 Peter 3:8b The Son of God appeared for this purpose, that He might destroy the works of the devil. [NASB]  Friends, Just think of this. When Jesus came to this world His only idea was to destroy and to finish the works of the devil to an en...

Anger is good or bad...?

Most people have an idea that anger in itself is sin but not at all. Anger is caused for various reasons. Anger is also for the right and for the wrong reasons. Some people tend to show anger explicitly and while some demonstrate anger on the things that they find. Yet there are a few who would show their anger on the other person because they could not show it on the person whom they got angry with.  Well the question that I would like to ask you is simple. How can u get angry but not loose your temper?  Well even am still yet to find an answer. Why? The reason I say, I am yet to find an answer is because there are hundreds of solutions and ways in which we can find a way to stop our anger let take control of ourselves. But only a very few that we find to be working. Some do meditations, exercises of various kinds and some even go out for a jog or do some other things to get their anger under control. I believe that anger is the common and the most simplest method ...

Leadership is about making others leader

Leadership  is about making others a leader.....! Many times we all are ambitious of being a leader and we hold on to the position for as long as we can until death do us apart. But we fail to understand that Leadership is not about being a leader by yourself. A good leader is the on who trains and motivates and encourages other to do the task that you assign and you train them up to the position or the designation that you are working for. Once they have passed the test of that task they are qualified to be a leader.  When they are qualified and when they have come the position or a leader a good leader who has trained other will motivate the trainees to take over the leadership and the trainer will innovate a new role of leadership. If you are a leader then you will assign someone else and train them and you will create new role for you to grow in the career of leadership. Become a leader by making others a leader of themselves not a copy of y...

7 Principles of a successful leader

Every leader will have basic things like learning, practice, and their tasks. To be an efficient leader there are a lot of things and also principles that we can learn and apply in our life. But it is about how we are efficient in it. 7 efficient principles of a leader are: 1. Desire We need to have a desire to do or to be a leader. Desire in the things you like and want to do is what matters the most. Desire is adjoined or combined together with passion. Passion and desire go together and equally build and know your desire. 2. Opportunity Our desire should be able to meet the right kind of opportunity. We need to know and grab hold of every opportunity we get and use it to explore our talents on what our desire is. Opportunity does not always wait for us but we need to wait for the opportunity to soar higher and higher to achieve our goal. 3. Commitment Commitment to our desire and to our opportunity is always needed. We need to be committed to the task and work that...

Valentine's day...

Love is in the air for valentine's day. For many its a time of expressing their care, concern, love, intimacy and their commitments. But how many of us can say that love is not a mere physical attraction but a commitment for both sides to each other. Most of us base our love on the literal circumstances and love each other based on the situations and incidents that surround them. But love is not just a commitment alone but a mutual understanding to each other. So how do we know the true love...? True love does not fear anyone...and true love does not worry about the situations and surrounding. True love does not cheat neither does it hide things. True love is bold and is ready to face any kind of situations. True love is wise and does things wisely (not cunningly). True love will always have the heart to understand, forgive, love, care, and never to give up on the other partner but to believe and have confidence in oneself and in the other partner. If at all there is a failure in...
