Leadership is all about having new beginning everyday. Success does not come all of a sudden. It needs growth. For growth we need persistence. To be persistent we need to have a goal and a vision. If we lack in these both then we would be aimless. It is just a mere time waste. Many times we take time to get our vision withing ourselves. Once we have that vision it is very important to pursue it daily. We are all learning and our learning ends only when we when we breath our last breath. Many time we are caught up learning and we seldom forget that what we need many times is unlearning. Our growth determines our destiny. Romans 8:28 says " And we know that  God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose".   [NASV] In life we have many questions that are unanswered.  Many are the situations that are forgotten and many are the good work that go unnoticed. But through it all we have the same question which we ask God. Why did this happen to me or why is this incident happening to me? There is no end to our questions and we even come to a state where we wonder if God is really hearing our prayers. The greatest Bible saints of all time had in their life "ups and downs". They had mountains and valleys. Let's say the mountains show us good times and valleys show us the bad times in our life.
