Leadership is about making others leader
Leadership is about making others a leader.....! Many times we all are ambitious of being a leader and we hold on to the position for as long as we can until death do us apart. But we fail to understand that Leadership is not about being a leader by yourself. A good leader is the on who trains and motivates and encourages other to do the task that you assign and you train them up to the position or the designation that you are working for. Once they have passed the test of that task they are qualified to be a leader. When they are qualified and when they have come the position or a leader a good leader who has trained other will motivate the trainees to take over the leadership and the trainer will innovate a new role of leadership. If you are a leader then you will assign someone else and train them and you will create new role for you to grow in the career of leadership.
