Everyday is a new day. Leadership is all about having new beginning everyday. Success does not come all of a sudden. It needs growth. For growth we need persistence. To be persistent we need to have a goal and a vision. If we lack in these both then we would be aimless. It is just a mere time waste. Many times we take time to get our vision withing ourselves. Once we have that vision it is very important to pursue it daily. We are all learning and our learning ends only when we when we breath our last breath. Many time we are caught up learning and we seldom forget that what we need many times is unlearning.

Our growth determines our destiny. Today in the leadership process to become a good successful leader what we need to understand is that every single day in our life is an opportunity to grow. An opportunity that we have got to prove our abilities and to recover from our past failures or mistakes. 

3 main key points for a better leadership

1. Take every day with a smile

Problem are common. Obstacles are for sure. But it is our duty not to sulk and sit down worried with that problems but to rise up and overcome those problems or obstacles and smile at the situations and over come it positively.

2. Forget the past and learn from your mistakes

Its always said forget the past but we should not learn to forget the past unless we learn from the past mistakes and then move forward avoiding those same old mistakes we did. When we learn from our old mistakes we are learning new things and unlearning the old things. Remember every time you do one mistake do not regret about it but  cheer up that its your lesson for your further success.

3. Be a student

Most times a leader always wants to be someone who teaches and someone to whom others should listen too. But we seldom forget that most successful leader is the one who  listens to others and learns from others. A good leader will always lead only when he is able to listen to his partners opinions and suggestions and have a vintage perspective.

Conclusion

Good leadership has always the failures as a step to success.

In 1963, an explosion at the factory under his management blew off the roof of the facilities, and he was almost fired for that episode. In 1961, Welch planned to quit his job as junior engineer because he was dissatisfied with the raise offered to him and was unhappy with the bureaucracy he observed at GE. It was the beginning of his troubles that he had to face in the future. As years went by he was named and criticized for various issues in the company. Yet he did not give up but because of his persistent focus on the goal he had he became one of the most successful and ambitious leaders of our generation. While he was the CEO of GE the company grossed 4000% worth of profit. Today he has his own research center (JFWTC) where R&D of various kinds are done. Remember nothing is difficult if you make your mind to achieve it.
